I'm interested to find out if records of this Presbytarian to Catholic conversion will exist. My relative, Letitia Adams McCaw (Presbytarian irish on both parents' sides from Rasharkin in Antrim) married William McDowall at St. Columbus church in Glasgow in 1912. Apparently her brothers and parents effectively disowned her thereafter and I wondered if there are any accounts I might read from people who went through similar experiences and get a sense of what they went through. Was such a conversion rare?

Many thanks, Mark
